3 V 3 Winter Skillz Invitational Soccer Tournament
General Information
WHO:
YOUTH DIVISIONS: BOYS teams U6 - U19, GIRLS teams U6 - U19 and COED teams U6 – U19
ADULT DIVISIONS: MEN (OPEN, U25, U30 and OVER 30, COED) and WOMEN (OPEN, U25, U30
and OVER 30, COED) There will be 2 divisions (REC and COMP) for U9 thru Adult where there are
enough entries to support them.
COMP or REC? Teams with 1 or more players who have played on a full sided competitive team
anytime during the last 12 months will be classified as Comp teams . Teams with no players who
have played on a full sided competitive team may be considered as part of the Rec Division. click

ENTRY FEE: $125 Early Entry Fee for teams applying and paying early before the event or
earlier, $150 Entry Fee for teams applying and paying less than 5 days before
ENTRY DATE: Early entry date (with $25 discount) is 25 days before the event. Early entry date
Guaranteed entry date is 6 pm Monday before the event. After Monday, teams will only be
accepted on a case by case basis. There might be some cases where the soccer facility fills up
early, and applications will be cut off sooner than the above dates..
HOW: Teams may carry up to 6 players on their roster. (5 players recommended) Each team must
submit proof of age for each player (such as copy of birth certificate, FYSA player pass, drivers
license, etc.) . A player may play for one team only during the tournament.
2011 - 2012 AGE DIVISION BIRTH DATES
The age division of a team in the tournament, will be the age of the oldest player on the team's
Roster.
U6 - (8/1/2005 thru 7/31/2006) U13 - (8/1/1998 thru 7/31/1999)
U7 - (8/1/2004 thru 7/31/2005) U14 - (8/1/1997 thru 7/31/1998)

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Applications with payment will be taken by online, mail or fax. Payment may be made with credit
card or check payable to "SportsParadize International", and mailed to SportsParadize
International, P.O. 721361, Orlando Fl 32872. Accepted teams will be posted on the web site www.
SoccerParadize.com the weekend before the event. Teams will not be eligible for "acceptance"
until the registration fee has been received.
RULES: See Rules for 3v3 Tournament.
AWARDS: Individual awards for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place, plus all U10 and younger get individual
awards.
HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS
Special room rates have been arranged at a number of local hotels. The Hotel List is posted on
the web for each event. SportsParadize has arranged special discounted rates at area Hotels. We
encourage you to stay at our Official Tournament Hotels which support SportsParadize
Tournaments.
SANCTIONING
This tournament is not an FYSA or USYSA event and participants are not restricted by
FYSA/USYSA rules and regulations. Participants are not covered by FYSA/USYSA supplemental
Insurance.
