Q: Where is the Camp Located ?
A: The Camp is located at GracePoint @ The Cross Church, 8287 Curry ford
Rd, Orlando Fl, 32822.


Q: How do I register?
A: Simply download the registration form from the Website.


Q: What is SportsParadize refund policy?
A: Full refunds will be issued only in the case of disabling injury certified by
qualified physician.


Q: What is the staff to camper ratio?
A: We plan on having between a 10:1 and 15:1 ratio of campers to staff.


Q: What type of supervision will there be?
A: Each group of 10-15 campers will have a counselor/coach responsible for
them all day. In addition senior staff/head coaches will be supervising
activities during the day.


Q: Will campers be allowed off the camp grounds?
A: No. While enrolled in the camp, campers are required to remain part of the
camp. If a parent would like their child to leave camp for any period of time,
they need to speak to the Camp Director as soon as possible.


Q: Can parents or relatives visit camp?
A: Yes. You are welcome to watch training at anytime. Please identify
yourself to our staff upon your arrival as soon as possible.


Q: Where will the campers be eating their lunch?
A: Lunch for Camp is catered by nearby restaurants.


Q: Are there phones at the Camp?
A: Yes. Some campers have been bringing cell phones to call home.
SportsParadize is not responsible for any valuables left inside the camp
room during the week.


Q: What do I bring to camp?
A: Each child should bring cleats, shin guards, sunscreen, t-shirt and
slippers.


Q: Where will the players be able to fill up their water bottle?
A: On the practice fields we have water stations set up by our full time staff.


Q: Is there still space available to register for camp?
A: Yes there is.


Q: Is there medical staff available to handle injuries and illnesses?
A: We have a certified athletic trainer on staff.


Q: Does my camper need to provide paperwork from a current physical to
participate?
A: No, we do not require a physical but we do require each camper to
provide insurance carrier information. If they are not covered under any
insurance you will be asked to sign a "self -insured" form.


Q: What do you do in case of rain?
A: If it is only raining we usually continue to play unless the fields become
unsafe. In the case of thunderstorms and lightning we move the campers
indoors to a safe place. We continue to monitor the storm and only retake
the fields when it is safe.


Q: Are the classrooms air conditioned?
A: Yes.


Q: What if my child is a goalkeeper?
A: There are goalkeepers in all of our camps. Please sign your child up as a
goalkeeper if you would like them to train with the goalkeepers the entire
week.


Q: Is there any free stuff?
A: Yes. Everyone receives a free camp T-shirt and sports bag.


Q: Where do we play?
A: Our fields are located on grounds of Gracepoint @ The Cross.


Q: Is there a deadline to register?
A: Acceptance into our camp is a first come, first serve basis. Once we
receive the online registration with a deposit or full payment using a credit
card or we receive a paper application with a deposit check or full payment
then you will be registered and confirmation will be sent via email.


Q: What if I have an emergency and need to get in touch with my son or
daughter at camp?
A: You can always call the camp directly 407-406-4257.


Q: Is lunch provided by SportsParadize?
A: Yes.


Q: Can I park?
A: Yes. There is no daily parking fee.


Q: Can my child be both a field player and goalkeeper at camp?
A: Yes. Please note that your child will be grouped with the goalkeepers and
field players.


Q: Can my camper be group with their friends?
A: Yes they can be.


Q: Are the campers in the hot sun training all day?
A: No they do not. Campers are given scheduled water and rest breaks in the
shade during the day. Campers are also highly encouraged to drink plenty of
fluids during the day.


Q: Do boys and girls train together on the field?
A: All of the camps are set up for co-ed environment. Boys and girls will train
together on the field in groups adjusted according to age and ability.


Q: What are the age groups of campers?
A: Boys and girls age 4-16.


Q: What method of payment is accepted?
A: We accept cash, checks, money order and credit card payment online.
